To secure an appointment for on-site whole-home organization planning and implementation services, customers are required to pay a booking deposit through our online payment system.
Upon successful completion of the booking transaction, an automated confirmation message containing the precise scheduled date, time window, and appointment reference is dispatched to the customer’s registered email address within 24 hours.
Rescheduling requests must be submitted by the customer at least 48 hours prior to the originally scheduled on-site appointment date to avoid administrative adjustments.
On-Site Assessment and Spatial Evaluation
On the scheduled date and agreed time, our specialists arrive at the customer’s designated residential property located within Germany and the broader European service area to conduct the initial on-site evaluation.
The evaluation appointment typically requires a designated time frame depending on the scale of the residential property, during which our team assesses spatial dimensions, storage capacity, and functional requirements.
Customers or an authorized adult representative must be present at the premises throughout the duration of the scheduled on-site assessment.
Service Proposal and Quotation Timeline
Following the on-site assessment, a comprehensive system planning proposal and itemized cost estimation are compiled and delivered to the customer via email within 3 to 5 days.
The proposal details the scope of the whole-home organization implementation, required execution phases, and estimated completion time frames.
The initial booking deposit paid during checkout is fully credited toward the final balance of the approved service quotation.
Customers are requested to review and confirm acceptance of the proposal in writing within 14 days from the date of issuance to lock in the scheduled execution window.
System Implementation and Execution Schedule
Upon formal confirmation of the proposal, an execution schedule is established, outlining specific work dates, daily operational hours, and milestone targets for the on-site implementation process.
The physical installation and organization work are carried out by our team during standard working days, spanning a duration specified in the project proposal based on the scale of the premises.
Any necessary adjustments to the daily work schedule must be communicated and mutually agreed upon by both parties at least 48 hours in advance.
Final Inspection, Walkthrough, and Handover
Upon completion of all on-site implementation tasks, a final walkthrough and joint inspection are conducted with the customer on the final scheduled day of service execution.
The customer is given a designated inspection period during the walkthrough to verify that all agreed storage planning and implementation deliverables have been successfully fulfilled.
Upon successful completion of the inspection and formal handover, the remaining balance of the service fee becomes due and payable immediately according to the terms specified in the service agreement.
